Commercial MVP terms. These terms can be replaced with the final legal text without changing the signup flow.
Service
YourCigarShop provides shop catalog, recommendation, kiosk and related account-management functionality for cigar retailers and their authorized users.
Trial and paid access
Where a free trial is offered, the applicable trial period and expiry date are shown during onboarding. A trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless a separate payment arrangement is explicitly agreed.
Accounts and shop data
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of shop-specific prices, availability, descriptions and promotional information they enter. Global Master Directory information remains managed separately from shop-local data.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, hosting issues or third-party services may temporarily affect availability.
Subscription expiry
Paid access may have a defined renewal or expiry date. Where a grace period is provided, access may continue temporarily while payment is pending. Data is preserved when access expires or is suspended unless separately agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
YourCigarShop software, branding and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customer-provided shop content remains the responsibility of the customer.
