Data we process
During account creation and use of the service we may process name, email address, shop name, country, account identifiers, shop configuration, catalog selections and service activity needed to operate YourCigarShop.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the service, manage trials and subscriptions, send transactional emails, maintain shop configuration and support customers.
Email delivery and infrastructure
Transactional email may be delivered through an external email provider configured by YourCigarShop. Hosting and other technical providers may process limited information where necessary to provide the service.
Payment data
YourCigarShop does not currently collect card details in this MVP. If online billing is introduced later, payment card processing should be handled by a dedicated payment provider rather than stored directly in YourCigarShop.
Retention
Account and shop data may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period after expiry or suspension so that the service can be restored and legal or operational obligations can be met.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information and to contact the service operator regarding privacy questions.
